6/4 Beach WOD is cancelled tomorrow. We’re sorry for inconvenience. Instead we will be down in full support at first the Haena to Hanalei Run cheering on Ross, Leigh, Malia, and Iris! Then we’ll be heading up to Kilauea CrossFit to watch the USAW Weightlifting Meet! If you want to meet us there, call us for directions!
Otherwise, here is a home WOD you guys can do:
- 5 Rounds:
- 1 Minute Shuttle Sprints (ran back and forth between to areas about 25 feet apart)
- 1 Minute Burpees
- 1 Minute Jump Squats
- 1 Minute Reverse Burpees
- 1 Minute Push Ups
- Optional 1 Minute rest between rounds
