If not… Spend 45 minutes to find 1RM of one, two or all of the following:

  • Snatch
  • Clean and Jerk
  • Back Squat

Optional Conditioning

AMRAP 5 minutes

  • 5 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
  • 6 Burpee Over Bar

Cool Down:

Side Plank Hip Lifts 3 x 10 each side
