This week is deload week! That means that it will be a bit lighter to give our body some recovery time. You all have done amazing PRing daily and pushing heavy loads. So this week take advantage of this nice easy work, eat well, gets lots of sleep and have fun!
Beginners Course starts tonight (4/25) at 7pm! If you or someone you know wants to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit at a low-key pace, with a fun, short workout at the end, this is the course. - Work to get your hips directly above your shoulders
- Back Squat
- 5@75% of best 5RM
- 2×5@65% of best 5RM

- :30 ME Burpees
- :30 ME Walking Lunges
- :30 Rest
- Score is total reps each round
- PVC Shoulder Raises
- Work on getting higher and higher with each rep.
