Warm Up

Run 400m with light plate

3 rounds, 6 of each:

Lunges (each leg)

1 arm presses (each arm)

Strict T2B

Box Jumps (low)

 

Strength

Turkish Get Up, build to 1RM on both sides

Then, 5 reps on each side at 10-20# less than 1RM, 2x

 

WOD – 5 Rounds

5 Burpee + Pull Up + Toes 2 Bar

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

 

Cool Down

1 Arm bar hang, accumulate 1 minute each side
