9AM Workout

The 100’s:) 100 reps of each, split with a partner, one person rests while the other works:

  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull with KB
  • 200m Walking Lunges with Plate Overhead
  • Hand Release Push Ups
  • Jump Squats
  • Sprint 200m 3x each

6PM Workout

  • 150 Wall Balls for Time (capped at 10 min)
  • 1 minute rest
  • 200m sprint x 4 (starting from front door)
  • Rest 1 minute between each sprint
