WOD – 22 Minutes AMRAP, Teams of 2
- Partner A completes 1 round of:
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Med Ball Squats
- 15 Med Ball Sit Ups
- While partner A is completing a round partner B must perform one of the following holds: Squat Hold, Handstand Hold, Plank Hold or Bar Hang. Partner A may not work on their round unless partner B is in a hold.
- After the round is complete, they both run 200m together with the med ball, passing however they like.
- Upon return the partner B switches with partner A and follows the same order.
