Saturday – Beach WOD

AMRAP 15 minutes

1 Partner runs to cone and back with KB, while other partner does:

20 Walking Lunges with Plate OH

15 Plate Ground to Overhead

10 Frog Jumps with Plate

Switch when partner returns

Rest 5 minutes

AMRAP 5 minutes

Max Plank, each time a partner breaks, both have to stop and do 10 Air Squats
