VISITORS: On island for a day, week, or even month and don’t want to miss your CrossFit workout? Come join us for a WOD! No need to contact us ahead of time, just show up 10 minutes before class to fill out a waiver and meet the coach.

Every Saturday class is free to everyone! Every 1st Saturday of the month, join us for a Beach Workout. Currently, we are meeting at Kealia beach, on the north end. Use the second(northern most) turn off of the highway and park in the lower, sand parking lot. Look for equipment and awesome, fit people. Swimming, when programmed, is optional.

  • “CrossFit” classes are 1 hour group classes led by a certified CrossFit Coach. Each class consists of a warm up, strength or skill work, workout of the day (WOD) and a cool down. To participate in this class, you must have completed our Beginners Course or visitors must have 3 months minimum CrossFit experience.
  • “CrossFit Express” classes are 30 minutes group classes led by a certified CrossFit Coach. This class is endurance and cardio based with no heavy lifting, no barbell or complex movements. You do not need previous CrossFit experience to take this class. First week free for locals.
  • “Open Gym” is a time to come in a work on weaknesses, make up a WOD from the week or just get in your own workout. Members are welcome with no reservation, visitors must reserve a spot by clicking the calendar above.
