Strength

  • 1-Arm Seated Box Press
  • Build to 1RM on each side then AMRAP @ 40% or 20-30# less than 1RM

WOD

  • 10 Rounds
    • 5 HSPU
    • 20 Double Unders

Cool Down

  • Shoulder Stretches
  • Ab Challenge
    • 85 Sit Ups
    • 120 Crunches
    • 50 Leg Raises
    • 75s Plank

EXPRESS WOD

  • 4 Minutes: Run 200m then Max Burpees
    • Rest 1 minute
  • 4 Minutes: Run 200m then Max Wall Balls
    • Rest 1 minute
  • Run 200m then Max Slam Balls
