Warm Up

  • 200m at fast/sprint pace, rest 2min
  • 1000m at mod pace
  • rest 3min
  • 4x100m at sprint pace, w/ 30sec rest b/t reps
  • 2min rest
  • 1.5-miles at easy pace

Total: 4600m

5K Training:

  • 1-mile at mod pace, 3min rest
  • 200m sprint, 2min rest
  • 1200m at mod/fast pace, 3min rest
  • 4x100m sprints w/ 30sec rest b/t reps, 800m at mod pace

Total: 4200m
